Welcome to Ectofabrc. By accessing our website, browsing our store, or purchasing products, you agree to the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use this website.
General
Ectofabrc designs and produces custom RC crawler parts, chassis components, leaf springs, and 3D printed accessories. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to follow these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. Ectofabrc reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
Products
Most products sold by Ectofabrc are 3D printed unless otherwise stated. Due to the nature of additive manufacturing, minor cosmetic variations such as layer lines, slight surface texture differences, or small visual imperfections are normal and are not considered defects.
Customers are responsible for verifying compatibility with their specific RC vehicle, chassis, or components before purchasing. Product descriptions may list known compatibility, but it is the customer's responsibility to ensure proper fitment.
Orders and Payments
Orders are processed after full payment has been received. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay through our secure checkout.
Ectofabrc reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including but not limited to suspected fraud, payment issues, inventory errors, or incorrect pricing. If an order is canceled after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping
Processing times may vary depending on current print queue, order volume, and product type. Shipping times shown at checkout are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Ectofabrc is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, incorrect customer-provided addresses, customs delays, or other circumstances outside our control. Once an order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, responsibility for delivery transfers to the shipping carrier.
Returns and Refunds
Because most products are made to order and 3D printed, all sales are considered final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
If an item arrives damaged, the customer must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the product and packaging. After review, Ectofabrc will determine whether a replacement or refund will be issued.
Returns, refunds, or replacements will not be issued for the following situations:

Warranty
Most products sold by Ectofabrc do not include a warranty unless otherwise stated.
RC leaf springs manufactured by Ectofabrc include a lifetime warranty against breakage or permanent deformation under normal RC crawling use. This warranty does not cover intentional damage, excessive overloading, improper installation, or modifications to the product.
Limitation of Liability
All products sold by Ectofabrc are intended for hobby use. By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge and accept that RC vehicles and aftermarket components may involve inherent risks.
Ectofabrc shall not be held liable for any damage to RC vehicles, electronics, or other components, nor for any personal injury, accidents, property damage, loss of profits, or other damages resulting from the installation or use of our products. All products are used at the customer's own risk.
Product Use Disclaimer
RC vehicles can cause injury or damage if used improperly. Customers are responsible for proper installation, maintenance, and safe operation of all products purchased from Ectofabrc.
Trademark Disclaimer
All product names, logos, and brands referenced on this website, including but not limited to RC4WD, Trail Finder 2 (TF2), Mojave, and Blazer, are the property of their respective owners. These names are used only to describe compatibility. Ectofabrc is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by these companies.
Age Requirement
By using this website or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
Privacy
Ectofabrc collects personal information only as necessary to process orders, communicate with customers, prevent fraud, and improve the store experience. We do not sell or share customer data with third parties for marketing purposes. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for additional details.
