Return & Refund Policy (Custom Orders)

All items sold by ECTOFABRC are made to order.

Because our products are custom-built, all sales are final once production begins.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

• Change of mind

• Ordering the wrong item

• Incorrect measurements provided by the customer

• Deciding you no longer want the item

Before production starts, we require confirmed measurements.
After placing your order, please message us so we can confirm your setup and measurements.

If there is an issue with your order:
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, message us and we will make it right.
